Wanna loose weight?

First decide Did you make-up your mind to loose weight? if yes--proceed 1. Start brisk walking everyday for 15 minutes. No gaps please. 2. Eat a balanced diet. Drink more fluids than consuming junk food. 3. Dont use lift. Climb the stairs and walk-down the stairs. 4. Start doing house-hold work. 5. Instead of using motor-bike or car, walk-down to buy some candies, some vegetables etc. That's all if you do regularly--you are sure gonna loose weight.
