is the life paradoxical (unknowable) ?

it seems to me that life exist in ultimate paradox a persion was happy just a moment before goes astray in gloom for simple reason is there any expalnation to that? man knows that life is not for forever but he tries his best to negate this is it not a paradox what is your definition to the evercahnging life?
