how worthy are this paying sites

hell all ,
Recently i have joined one paying site which pay for clicks and for checking mails ,some people told me that these site dosent pay ...what you people say on this ???
the site i have joined is 500cents-500dollar.org have a look and tell me how is it ...should i continue working on it or not .
