yes I think it is in their best interest to do so, head injuries can be very massive, so if it helps then it is the best thing to do.

Yes, actually I do. I think that if they can Enforce seat-belt laws, they should be able to enforce a law about helmets. Alot of states already have them, but they don't here in Oklahoma. Just the other day, I saw a motorcycle accident, the guy of course wasn't wearing his helmet, and he looked like he was IN MAJOR pain, he was rolling around on the ground, shaking and crying... Thank God the ambulance had finally came. It's scary to think about accidents with motorcycles in the first place, add to that, having nothing to protect your head, it's crazy!

Also, not just to protect the motorcyclist, but also on the off chance that they get in an accident with another vehicle, and they cyclist ends up dyeing, Now the driver has to live with that for the rest of his life and in some cases can be charged with some sort of homicide!

helmets are necessary to protect the rider from head injury. he can suffer irrecoverable head injury from a accident if he fails to wear a helmet. so it's better to be on the safer side than to have a fateful accident

Yes of-course, helmet is for protection of head. Any slight injury to head can cause serious disasters, you could loose the whole memory. It is always better to wear a helmet when ever you are on motorcycle ride. Also because it is a two wheeler vehicle and can loose its balance easyily,if you are not careful. Motercycles can also slip on oily roads and also in rain waters. So next time you are riding your motercylce, do please wear your helmet.

Yes of course wearing helmet should be required and be always used as this just not protect the rider but also protects people surrounding him when he wacks his throttle fully open.

As a rider I think it should be my choice just as a driver I feel I should choose whether to wear a seat belt or not
