According to Wikipedia, ´pun´ or ´paronomasia´ is a figure of speech which consists of a deliberate confusion of similar words or phrases for rhetorical effet, wether humorous or serious. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paronomasia ) I would like to share some of the ´puns´ I made: 1. ´Kopitalisme´ is a ´humorous pun´ for ´Kapitalisme´ (Capitalism). ´Kopitalisme´ has nothing to do with politics or ideologies. Is basicly a collection of humorous style of writings and playing with ´words´. But some of the writings could actually effecting the readers ´emotionaly´, since its often playing with any kind of ´symbols´. 2. SeksPeare, 3. Stalin van Stallone, 4. Lenin van Lennon, 5. Karl May van Karl Marx. And many other puns only understandable for Indonesians, like Galileo La Galigo. (?La Galigo? is the longest written epics of the world, of The Buginese people) Do you have some kind of ´paronomasia´ to share?...
