which team takes the world cup 2007?

though it may be too early to give comments on this topic but i think the discussion has to start sooner than later. after watching nearly every country play in last 2 - 3 months i have made some intresting observations. all the 12 teams can be seen in a spectrum. australia is on the top of the spectrum while bangladesh,zimbabwe & kenya are right at the bottom. what constitutes the intresting band is the teams in the middle. WI has been doing very well lately, NZ can always come with surprises, PAK a good young tam, SA is good as always and not to forget India which can show some turnarounds as it had shown in the last world cup. band i have feeling that this middle sectrum will have the winner. i back WI who do you think is going to take the cake?

i am indian.... so i am willing that india should win the world cup but.... australia will win the world cup 2007. there is no doubt about it. because they are storng in every field of cricket agaisnt all other teams. they are strong in batting, bowling and fielding. so australia can win the world cup. but there is some chance of india. becuase india can loss match agaisnt kenya and they also beat australia. so cant say about india. they can win the world cup if our all players will perform their best. lets pray for india. best of luck for world cup 2007.

no i wont laugh, there are reasons for india being strong contenders.
1) its habbit of sachin to come out with flying colors in world cups and this may be his last wc so he will put in every effort
2) ganguly is back like a wounded tiger and is hungry for bowlers' flesh
3) old horses like kumble, zaheer ,agarkar are back
4) sehwag has been hit hard where it hurts the most ,he will avenge it
5) pathan has been through worst and things can only improve from here
6) bhajji already has sword over his head so he has to perform
now when all theese forces combine they will be a tornado which will blow everything that comes in its way. YIPPY!

i don't care....
but i thing is for sure it is not going to be easy for indians
coz their bad form started from WI tour.. before that they were top 2 ODI team.
i will very happy if they win the cup this time.
n i am sure that they will make it up to semi finals easily.
i think the cup will go to SA or to Sri lanka..

Be a indian, i wnat india as world cup champ.
my choice is India, Aus or SA.
because Aus players altitude & their team effort.
SA has a good form & smith's captancy is good.
for India the king is back to form(sachin), dada is back & our team also in good form.
so i think these three team has more chance to take the WC 2007.

i think no doubt
australia is the team who will probably win the world cup
but anything can happen in cricket
so
i cant say australia will definitely win
there are many teams who are the contender
