coffee or tea

why we always tent to compare cofee with tea when we know that both are harmful for our health and can do no good to us

I prefer coffee than tea! My breakfast is not complete without coffee. I like the aroma, and taste. I enjoy drinking but not too much, around 2 cups for the whole day!

Tea - Two cups of tea
I prefer tea and think it's not dangerous for my healthy, where did you get that?As for coffee I just like it mixed with milk, don't like it simple.
