Laptop problem help

i need some help, i have a laptop that always restart and shows this blue screen before it restart it says that it does not have enough memory or something like that. At first i thought that it is just a virus so we've got it reformatted but it still does the same thing.. what could be the solution on this problem?one more thing the laptop LCD screen also blink sometimes so its like the monitor got loose connection. sometimes nothing appears on the screen anyone help!!
