Day Care- how did your babies react?

I go back to work in 2 weeks- I am going to miss him terribly, but I van't wait to get back to work! He'll be in a really nice daycare, buy I'm worried about how he's going to react, he really likes me! He'll be three months old, and i figure either he's too young too really notice much, or he'll take it real hard. What have your experiences been like?
