I find that I use more ground beef than any other kind of meat, but I run out of recipe ideas. Does anyone have any good recipes that you're willing to share?I'll add an easy one that I've made for years. It's simple and cheap, but very good. My version of blankety blank on a shingle: 1 lb. to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 small chopped onion 1 can sliced mushrooms 1 small jar chopped pimentos (optional) 2 cans cream of mushroom soup milk toasted bread Saute onion until it just starts to brown. Add ground beef and cook thoroughly. Add mushrooms, pimentos, mushroom soup. I don't measure the milk. Just add enough to get an easy spreading consistency. Spoon over toasted bread and enjoy. Please add yours.

I love using ground beef to make a meal for me & my other half. I find I usually use a lot of ground beef in a lot of the foods I make around the house.. I included one of my favorite ground beef recipes below if you are at all interested. And thanks for sharing yours with me as well. Thanks for allowing me to share! xx "Creamy Beef Taco's." Ingredients are as follows: - 1 pound of ground beef - 3 ounces of cream cheese, softened - 3/4 cup of water - 1 1/4 ounce of taco seasoning mix - 1 cup of thick taco sauce - 1 cup of diced green chiles (optional: I don't include them) - 12 taco shells or tortilla wraps, warmed - toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, sliced green onions (optional), chopped tomato, then sour cream. (Note: Whatever toppings you like you may add as much as you desire.) Directions are as follows: - Brown the ground beef. Drain the excess fat. - Then stir in the water & the seasoning mix. - Then bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. - Then add the cream cheese, the chiles (optional), taco sauce, & cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese has melted. - Then fill the taco's with the beef mixture. - Then top with the lettuce, tomato, green onions (optional), & the sour cream. Serve & ENJOY! xx
