This story on http://www.itwire.com.au/content/view/8856/53/ caught my attention. I am sure that a lot of you who have a myspace account has received spam comments, messages, or bulletins from people you know would not have sent that kind of crap. Well, Myspace is suing a guy named Scott Richter. They believe he is responsible for "phishing" peoples passwords and logging on to their accounts and posting spam messages. And apparently this is not the first time Richter has been sued. He was sued back in 2005 by Microsoft. Hmm..you would think he would have learned his lesson. I guess not. I hope that Myspace wins the suit because I know a lot of people who were affected by "phishing". Honestly, do some people have nothing better to do than to steal passwords and account info on a site like myspace??

Good, I'm glad. I've had so many friends lose their accounts over the last few months due to people like this. It may deter others from doing the same & spoiling it from everyone else, thanks for sharing this :)
