I'm also undergraduate from College because I got married at 18 and decided not to continue my studies. I suggest, Explain to her the advantage and disadvantage of Education. give her an example who somebody haven't finished their education. so that she could be able to think and relate her experience for not having finish their studies. :)

You have the ability to get more jobs regardless of the one you are at right now. A LOT of government jobs, for instance, require a diploma to even be considered. Aside from all of that, education is not only about employment, it is also about what people think of you. The more education you get, the more people you will be able to interact with and not have them walk away thinking "what the heck is wrong with her". Then there is always the "example for your kids" bit. Assuming she has or ever wants to have kids, as a parent you want your kids to have the best life possible, and usually that means getting a job that pays nicely. Why would your kids stay in school through the college needed to get the best jobs, if their Mom couldn't even finish high school? It really depends on the person as to which way would work best with them, but honestly no matter how you look at it, going back to school to get your GED or diploma is ALWAYS worth the investment of time.

You could point out that the reason you can both work there is due to the fact that clearly they do not require a higher education. However, someone who had a higher education, could also get a much higher paying job. What is she interested in? Perhaps you could find some examples of high paying jobs in the things she is most interested in to show how should could have a wonderful jub which she would love, if she continued her schooling.

You could always tell her that if she chooses not to go back to school, she has to start paying rent. It is always nice to make money instead of go to school each day. But can she make enough to support herself? I would start there, put the figures on paper, and see if it really makes sense to her. Also, point out that most people never go back. At least convince her to get her GED.
