anyone can be gautum buddha,but not everybody can be a michelango or nietzsche.this is because spiritual realisation is everybody's birthright.it is not a talent like painting ,music,poetry or dancing.it is not genius either.a genius has trmendous intelligence ,but it is still of the mind.

You are right, the talent is very important to become an artist, a painter, a musician, a poet must be talent-people to do their work well, but the exercise, the work are very important too. A person becomes an artist after working very hard for years, years and years.
Everybody can reach the spiritual realization, but only a few persons can reach this aim, because it isn't so easy.... we need discipline, exercise, meditation, and so on.
