Who else thinks freedom of speech is disappearing in the USA?

It really upsets me when people are made to make public apologies or even face criminal charges simply for the things they say and believe. Freedom of speech was originally adopted to protect people from censorship of unpopular ideas. But that's exactly what activists are trying to achieve and it's only getting worse. What's really upsetting is when a person says something that is true and still gets in trouble. Nobody should have the right to supress others, regardless of the issue.
