Ok, I've seen documentaries, talk shows, and also have a friend who is in the Morman Religion. What do you think about their Marriage situations, multiple wives? Have you heard about the Lost Boys or know someone who is one?

Honestly, I had never heard of this. I, personally, am what I call a "recovering mormon". I bailed out of the church years ago. I'm not aware of any place in the continental United States that allows any person to have multiple spouses. I know in Utah, the homeland of the Mormons, it is a practice that is condemned by the church.

Well, feeding11, you mentioned yourself that members are brainwashed. I, myself, was one of those who were brought up in the Mormon church and brainwashed. "Recovering Mormon" is a perfect way of putting it. Not sure what you mean by boys being kicked out of the home due to fear of "competition" (this is one I've never heard about), but I've heard of "kids" getting kicked out or disowned because of the decisions they made.

To Poison girl. "Lost boys" were on Montel. Very sad stories. There were several boys interviewed and one that was adopted by a christian family. The story is very sad. Heard it on another show as well, believe it was 20/20 or inside edition. Very sad.

Interesting loveyoohbaby. This discussion was a year ago and at that time was on the news with also a special edition of it on 20/20. I didn't realize my comments would still be going this long ago.
