Pregnancy: Did you get morning sickness?

My first trimester I had "morning sickness" but as you probably know, it wasn't just in the morning. I just had a general sense of nausea all day. I found it helped if I ate little snacks throughout the day. After my first trimester was over it got a lot better and I only had very few periods of morning sickness throughout the rest of the pregnancy. what about you?

The first 2 I had it from the time i got up until I went to bed the whole time I was pregnant. I did not get it at all really with the last baby. I was really happy about that. There is nothing like feeling sick all day every day for 9 months.

nope, i was lucky and never had morning sickness with either of my pregnancies! I did have a lot of heartburn and one weird thing that happened was that every time I brushed my back teeth I would gag to the point of throwing up. It only happened when I was pregnant! ...that was how I knew i was pregnant the second time, when I was brushing my teeth and started to gag! lol

That's really funny. So, you didn't even need a pregnancy test? :)

On my first child I had awful morning sickness that lasted for ages. I couldn't eat anything. On my second I was much better. I was hardly sick at all. It's odd, isn't it?

were they different sexes? I have heard that morning sickness can be different depending on if it is a boy or girl.

I don't have children and I am not yet pregnant. But anyway I have morning sickness. Now I am little bit afraid. May be when I will be pregnant, my morning sickness will go out of control.

Are you saying you could be pregnant? did you take a home pregnancy test? I suggest you do that right away. If you are pregnant you need to make sure you are getting enough vitamins and not smoking or drinking.

I had it the entire nine months of pregnancy nothing really seemed to help. I always hoped it would pass when I reached my second trimester, but no such luck.

My morning sickness used to last almost all day. Even when i ate little bits throughout the day. Everything i ate or drank came back up about 30 minutes of eating or drinking something. The only thing that i found worked was a spoonfull of icecream. Or milkshakes. The funnything is when my son was a month he knew the look of icecream and if he didnt get any he would scream till he got a little bit. He loves it. When he sees it he looks at us with puppy dog eyes and i cant resist to give him some.

With my first pregnancy I was sick morning, noon and night for the first 7 months not sure how I gained weight at all. With my second pregnancy I was only sick about 10 times in the first trimester. and with my third I was only sick once or twice, thankfully. Think with my first pregnancy it was not just a shock to me but to my body also.

I had morning sickness for both of my pregnancies, I never threw up except one time during my first pregnancy. I felt lucky! It's not the best feeling, I will be honest. But just knowing that a little gift from God is there faded all pain and sickness away!

I've am proud to say (knock on wood lol) that I've never really had true morning sickness with both my son and daughter I felt great I had a slight touch of nasuea with this pregnancy but just a very slight touch and it didnt really bother me all that much. I thought something was wrong with me because I never got sick turns out I'm just one of the lucky ones!!

My first pregnancy, I was sick all the time. The only time I wasn't sick was the 9th month, and by then I was dreading delivery. My other 2 I was only sick for a month or two.

I had morning sickness all day I coudn't even go 5 minutes without pueking my brains out. That last for almost 2 months in my first trimester I coudn't barely eat or drink anything but once I was done with that I didn't feel that way any more, the only time I felt nausea after that point is when I ate something that he didn't like which was a whole bunch of things. He was really picky if i didnt crave it I couldn't eat it.

Am just lucky that both my pregnancies I had no morning sickness...BUT I got them at night. The moment the sky turns dark, that feeling in the pit of my tummy will start. Am just thankful it is at night because I can just go to bed if I can't really take it.
