what business do you think is the best for minimal capital?

im just wondering what business requires small capital but would eventually grow in a short time.. i also have thought of franchising but most of the income would go to the franchisee so im thinking of something else.. would you mind sharing your thoughts?

i think its software business that can be started with minimal capital!
