Recipe - Piklets - finger food- help on topping

125g of self raising flour
2 eggs lightly beaten
125ml/ 4 fl oz milk
1 tbspn sour cream
Sift the flour,
mix the beaten egg, milk and cream
Pour into a well in the centre of the flour and mix til
smooth. Set aside for 10 mins.
Heat a little oil in a pan, then drop teaspoon of mixture
into pan, When bubbles appear turn over. Set aside and
repeat til mixture is gone.
This recipe is great topped with
4oz sour cream
2 teaspn of mayonnaise
2 teaspn of lemon juice
some freshly chopped chives, and mint
Mix all the above topping ingredients together. And spoon a
small amount on to each piklets, top with a piece of Smoked
Salmon.
Great fingerfood for parties, Piklets can be made and
frozen up to a month ahead. The topping can be made the day
before. These are great for kids too just top with honey,
chocolate, sugar, lemon etc.
Now i'm looking for another topping for an adults party.
