How do you understand this? "Watch and pray, in order that you would not enter into temptation; indeed the spirit is eager but the flesh is weak" (Matthew 26:41).

There are so many temptations in the world and we are tempted to do them because we are flesh and we are weak that we often fall into temptations. To avoid being caught by such temptations, we should be careful and pray always so that in our minds, God is always there to guide us and make us strong to fight and go against such temptations.

We should beware for temptation is always around us and we are prone to succumb to temptations as we are human beings. To avoid being tempted, we should pray so that our mind would be directed towards God which keep us away from sinning.

This means that in all things we do in life, we must look to God, and follow the rules set forth in the 10 Commandments. We all face many Trials and challenges and peer pressures from others, but it is up to us, our choice and our conscience in which way we choose, and if we choose the way of the Flesh, we will usually have to pay for it in later.

We should always think of God and be aware of our environment and pray unceasingly because if we always remember God, we become strong to stay away from whatever temptation that may come to us, because we are of the flesh, and we are prone to be subjected to temptations.

Temptation is not a sin when we yield to temptation then it becomes a sin, we have to be constantly in God's care and cover ourselves with the precious blood of Jesus Christ then our life will be free from sin, even Lord Jesus was tempted by Satan but he did not yield to it, so we should victory from sin by prayer.
