Head lights/interior lights flickering strobbing 05 PT LTD

Now after three months of all the lights flickering and strobbing at night, when you use the break, turn the blinker on, use a diff fan speed, or just plain driving... the car was finally dead this morning. I've been comlaining of this problem for a while, and the dealership says...Nothings Wrong... I would'nt loose sleep over it. OK? Any other people with this?
