God help those help themselves!

Did you hear this sentence, do you like it?
In one's life, people easy go into a depress situation, and feel God is unfair to him, then give up themselves.
As you know, the stress of life is more and more big than before, If you don't work hard, you will be the loser.
God help those help themselves, If you never give up when you are in trouble, when you feel depress, Lucky will come along you.
Have you ever feel bad about life? I think you must help youeself and enjoy the lucky of life.

I have a different thought. I think God help people so that people could help themselves.. And many times God uses people to help another people. So, we need grace from God before we could help ourselves and help the other people.

I agree with you, and I like this sentence.
People would help themselves at first, then they have the ability to help the others.
And just sit here to waiting success canot lead to success, hard work is the necessary to reach it.
Of cause hard work cannot definitely get god result, but success cannot hit without hard work.

Very well said Xiongqh, its so true. Only if we help ourselves God will help us. It's often said, 'Do your best and God will do the rest', because ultimately he is the decision maker and the one responsible for what happens in our lives. We should make an effort to do what we deem right and then leave the judgement and consequence to God.
