importance of yoga

how many of you practice yoga daily. what are the benefits you are havin. did regular practice help to remove any chronic disease just give your experience with yogga

I do not proctice yoga yself, but my mom who is no in her 70s is in yoga for more than 40 years now. You will be suprised with the exercises that she can do. She is also a vegetarian to the exreme not eating any meat. Since the time she started yoga she never got sick and you cannot tell that she is now 75.
