the word "chow mein" is a generic Chinese term for "stir-fried noodles". it is a stir-fried dish in consisting of noodles, meat, cabbage and other vegetables. it is often served as a specific dish with soy sauce. yakisoba on the other hand, usually refers to yakisoba(noodles)flavored with sosu(Japanese worcestershire sauce) and it has meat, onions, cabbage and carrots. which dyou think tastes better?
