Should couples stay together just because of the kids?

I think no. Kids can sense that something is wrong. I know people who have continued to stay together because of the kids..not speaking, sleeping in separate rooms..living separate lives outside the house. I think that they should just go ahead and separate and be done with it.

Absolutely positively NOT, it will only harm the children in the outcome since both parties don't want to be together so why hurt the children making you think that relationships are supposed to be bad and you are supposed to be unhappy, it is best to expose them to daily life and make them realize that you do have a right to be happy in your life with change.
