Adobe 3.0 Photoshop free trial

My trial period is over but I cannot remove the program from my computer in the add/remove programs - there is no option that I can select in order to remove the program. It just lists the program, the date it was installed, how often I used it, and how much space it uses...but there is no button for me to click on that reads "Remove." Can you help?
