making myself thinner...HOW???

instead of posting here in mylot today i spent my morning just doing some exercise to make myself thinner.. i want my waist to have a smaller size.. ive been very busy reading and posting here in mylot and i havent noticed that my belly is starting to become big because i was just sitting the whole week doing some stuffs here on mylot..huhuh... pls help me...how can i make my self thin again..especially my belly..huhu...^^

You have to do some ab crunches, 15 minutes every day. Workout your lower abs, upper abs, center abs and the sides. Drink two to three litres of cold water every day and walk at least for 45 minutes a day or at least two to three miles a day. And always try to stay low on carbs and calories.

Two weeks ago I started working out and so far I have done it every day. I start the day with stretching, then I do about 30 minutes of dance. After that I do 5 minutes of tae bo. I let myself cool down a bit and start doing things like push ups, crunches, lunges, ect. I lost 2 1/2 pounds last week! The most important thing is that I feel so much better. I wake up in the morning with a ton of energy!
