Has anyone read any good books lately? I tend to like most genres. I am a huge fan of Mary Higgins Clark, James Patterson, Jennifer Crusie, Meg Cabot. But really I like to read anything I can get my hands on, that is when the baby gives me a few minutes : ).

If you like Mary Higgins Clark and Meg Cabot you'd probably enjoy the series about Peter and Rina Decker by Faye Kellerman. I've got quite a few of them now and there isn't one that I didn't enjoy.

I will definately have to look into them. Thank you for the suggestion. I know I have read a book or two by her, but I am not sure if they were in that series or not.

Fiction fanatic here - anything from classic to contemporary as long as they stick to the moral purpose - to uplift man from his primeval self. SO I love, Ayn Rand, V. Woolf, Steinbeck, JGMarquez, Kafka, Hugo, etc.

How about a series by Maggie Shayne. I read the first book in the series and I was addicted!!! First book of the Immortal High Witch series is Eternity. I really could not put this book down. I loved it so much. Nor am I one to re-read any books...but I have re-read the series of four books twice already. Here is an Amazon link so that you can read about it. http://www.amazon.com/Eternity-Maggie-Shayne/dp/0515124079/ref=pd_bxgy_b_img_b/103-8719917-2303026

Lately I am reading again books that I have left for some time. New Book I am reading : God Delusion (only if you have an open mind and has interest in religion and atheism). Old Book : 1984 - It is a classical, by Orwell, one of the best books I ever read.

Any book by Nora Roberts or J.D. Robb is good reading. Julie Garwood, J. Devereaux, JoAnn Lindsay is always entertaining. Judith McNaught is another good one.

I'm reading THE SAME SWEET GIRLS by Cassandra King. It's about six friends who went to college together. They belong to a club called The Same Sweet Girls. They are all about to turn fifty. They meet twice a year. The chapters vary points of view between characters. The reader learns about the women's lives and their take on the other women. So far it is excellent.
