When you die would you be willing to donate your organs to those who need it? Now i know this is a little bit morbid but think about it. Theres many people who are in dire need of organs to survive and wouldn't that be the most human thing to do . save a life :) In the U.K almost 8000 people are waiting for an organ transplant but of those 8000 only 3000 do get the organs. Usually organ transplants can save or improve the general lifestyle of a person. if you do wish to help visit www.uktransplant.org.

yes I would like to donate most of my organs that could be of use to others when I die, accept my eyes as I believe that I need those to see me into the next life. I carry a donor card with me and hopefully my wishes wil be granted. It's not morbid in fact a very good way of settling things before the big day is to let your loved ones know your feelings and wishes.

hi eliza It is wonderfull that people like u are thinking about a issue like this. I personnaly very much appreciative of a cause like this. Here in India particularly in a remot place like Orissa idea like this is not very encouraged. But I think we all should work towards spreeding this great cause. I am a active blood donnerdonating blood when ever there is any need. I also very positive about donating my organ. If i can save a even one life i think myself very honored. Thanks

Thank you for your comment susant. I believe we should all make an effort to think ahead as far as possible. if we are stationery in thought we remain stationery in body :). The fact that you believe that more people in your country should know about organ donation is a start now you can perhaps help...
