Is sport a thing of the past for you?

I was just wondering how many of you participate in sport these days. In school we played sport all the time and as we get older we tend not to play as much or at all even. Is this because we are too busy or is it just because we are getting old that we dont play sport anymore the older we get? I know of a few old people who still play sport but for the majority this isnt true. Most of us tend to give up on sport at a certain age. And im talking about a decent sport that gets your heart pumping, so that doesnt include golf or any sport like that. Going to gym doesnt count as a sport either... Lazy, unfit or both? or do you concider yourself too old for such things?

Personally it all comes down to a matter of lazyness and lack of time to me. I'm aware that I'd be much better off if I took sometime to do some sports, but I have a girlfriend to look after, friends to look after, among other things, so the free time I'd have for sport, I prefer to spend it over the internet making some extra income. Not a healthy option, I guess, but I hope this will change someday once I'm more balanced financially and don't have to care about making money online.

Well why not try and get your friends or even your girlfriend to start a little sport with you? that way you can all do it together and spend time with each other that way... just an idea.. use it, dont use it :) It makes sense though

I love sports but I just do not get a time to do so anymore. I wish someday when my daughter grows up we will get to do that together.
