Are the kooks the best new band of the summer or is it the Arctic monkeys?

The kooks as their songs were much better such as naive and she moves in her own way but they sounded a lot like razorlight. The arctic monkeys sound more unique

All 3 bands have been influenced by the Kinks. The Kooks covered Victoria and Razorlight did Sunny Afternoon. And the Arctic Monkeys have often been cited as a Kinks-influenced band.
