how many of you agree that growing old has nothing to do with age. and that it is in the mind of a person and why

I feel that there are many factors involved with growing old. Age is a definate no matter how you look at it. You can be in a youthful mind set if you want, but it doesnt mean your body can do all of the things it used to when you were younger.
