I have a classmate before that don't like to play videogames. He said that her parents told them that they should not play videogames because it will make them dull. No matter how I invite him to play with me he always refused my invitation. I read from a magazine article that videogames can enhance your memory and improve your IQ too. It also improve your eye and hands coordination. This article totally contradicts what my friend's parents taught them. Do you think videogames can really improve your memory and IQ? What do you think guys?

Smart games make smart people. If you play deep and smart games you will get smarter and feel that you have gotten something out of it. But if you play cs all day you will probably not become much smarter. But you will gain reflexes and eye cordination.

I agree with you on this, playing games that don't make you think is not going to do any good.

I think it depends on what kind of video game you play. Some video game just like a real life, so you need to be creative to play that game. Some others game just to have fun, no education on it. So if you play games that like I mentioned you'll improve your IQ.
