a year's remembrance

the 22nd marked the one year aniversary of my friend andy's passing. a car accident took his life on january 22, 2006. it's been a hard week, and it's been harder than i can explain to deal with the loss. how do i go on? how do i feel better about him being gone? how many people have experienced a loss, and how can i possibly move on and be okay?
