Its good that India and Russia have started redeveloping their friendship again, and this time we are opening diffrent avenues of co-operation between us. They are allowing us to use their navay and their waters to test our Bhrahmos undersea Missile.

I think that sounds like a great plan and that should bring some peace to the two countries.

Be careful with Russia. Since the fall of communism, it has become a very racist state. Skinheads roam around attacking anyone who is not Russian - some of those attacked have been from former Soviet republics like Georgia and Tajikistan, as well as foreign students from Africa, Asia and China. Anyone who looks "different" is attacked. And the authorities never seem to arrest anyone. Often the attacks are done with the approval of the police. They also play games in not honouring contracts - eg they had a contract to supply EU countries with gas, but shut off the pipe, because of a dispute with Ukraine (which is outside the EU). Since all international business relies on people honouring contracts, this is a very worrying development.

Seriously... I'm not surprised. It's all about the expansion of globalization that is like a virus spreading all over the world.
