What do you personally think when you think of diet pills? What comes to mind? Which ones do you agree with? Which ones do you disagree with? I would love to hear your suggestions.

I don't think it's a good idea to take any kind of diet pill. I think people are always looking for the easy way out and trying to find something where they don't have to eat right and exersize. So they take some pill that's approved by the fda hoping to loose weight, which they may, but then they feel horrible all of the time and find out 10 years later, that because they wanted to loose 10 pounds they got cancer from the stinkin pills. I don't suggest them!

I think they are a waste of money. As soon as you go off of the pills you will end up gaining the weight back so the best way to lose weight is to eat healthier and exercise!

I'm a little worried about taking diet pills. I fear that they may have some harmful side effects. I think it's better to exercise and watch what you eat.
