how to escape mood swings

sometimes we are fine and at others we feel down. how to keep ourselves always fresh, bubbly and energitic always. is there any affirmation, or short route

there is no magic cure. But, having suffered with depression I know at the end of the day it is only you that can help yourself. You have to make it work and be able to push yourself to recover and reach a suitable balance in your life. I suffered with depression over a period of 5 years, but two years ago I reached a balance and I'm leading quite a "normal" life. I think my experience with depression has made me a stronger person. You can't sit around waiting for the mood to pass, you have to find something that you like doing and then do it, eventually everything will fall into place.

very much true, i was in the same psition as u were, and learning the hard way does help a lot. now i have so mch self esteem and love and have become a noted writer. i am proud of myself.thx for sharing.
