Mistake in work

Today, I have just had a mistake in the work. When I wrote the invoice for my director who signed, I changed 2,380,000 to 2,830,000. Oh my God, my director found that mistake so he required me to correct it. I was very ashamed for this event. In the moment, it is my tested time in the work. So now, I wonder about my position in this office. The boss maybe not agree to accept me for this job. When I think to the future that I am out of job, I am very sad.

The best thing is to apologise on the spot and try to convince the boss that you would be more careful in the future. if it does not work, you will just have to accept life as it comes. But there is no need to worry too much about this, as I am sure you will be able to get some other work. Just do take this as a learning experience. If we are all perfect, we never learn to change oursleves.

there's pretty much only one thing you can do. hope that they decide to keep you on, and realize that you are new so some mistakes will happen.
but most importantly....LEARN from your mistake and be extra vigilant about double-checking your work.
