I am not afraid of being interviewed on the phone as compared to being interviewed personally. Ive been through a lot of interviews during mycollege years and i can say that phone interview is way better. In a phone interview, you just need to talk fluently and express oneself in relation to the question. You can even pause for quite a long time. Compared to a personal interview, you still have to dress up and show how confident are you in front of the interviewer. there are a lot of things to be apply when having a personal interview than having a phone interview.

i think phone interviews are the easiest way of getting jobs.thereare many advantages in such type of interviews.they will not see you so you will not feel fear to answer them.you cant divert to them because they arenot visible to you and so it is very easy.

actually i would prefer a phone interview over a face to face, but unfortunately never had one. most of the jobs i've had or have applied to are for telemarketing, and i don't see the point in having a face to face interview, for a telephonic job, it makes more sense to have that interview on the phone, but no, i have to dress up nicely, put on makeup and drive there, for a 10 minute interview, which should have been just done over the phone. I think the methods of interviews should be specific for what kind of job you're applying for.
