yeah i agree that we should rate each and every discussion you feel like, and not just ignore the topics or responses

Yes you are right, it will help other people to increase their rating & know the quality of their respond that has given.

I agree with you that rating system is really important. It can make your rating goes up or down. I am trying to gives rating to people who has response in my discussion. I want to appreciate who was response and make good response. Because It wasn't easy to make such good response and not all people can make good response. Even I give them best response which was give good response and that response is better than other. Sometimes, i give rate - to people who make such response like just answer agree or not, yes or no and didn't give any reason about their answer.
