Encourage more youngsters

We have to get hold of the talented lot from the country like what the Australians do and have to groom them in such a way that we can prepare them for the competitive world in the future....
This will have to be take with a lot of enthusiasm by the authorities and the board has to build the infrastructure for the prospective kids from the rural areas to get a chance in the selection process

I think all teams already do this i.e. enourage the youngsters, but the problem is the domestic cricket structure, the reason why australia is currntly on top is nothing other than their best among all, cricekt domestic structure, cricket is the national game and invented by England, but australia is a heaven for cricket and cricketers !
