Spam is driving me crazy

Spam is drivng me crazy. I surf the web quite a bit. So everymorning when I check my e-mail I find twenty to thirty unwanted emails that have nothing to do with me and I delete them. It takes time to do this and I am sick of all the crap that comes to my inbox. At first I would use block sender, but this does not work. Any suggestions? Does Spam annoy you?
