i think that ponting is the best captain as his team has performed miracles and has pulled out matches that cannot be win from the oppositions' hands. his team has shown a gr8 fightback spirit and this is what a captain has to do and he has performed well and has played many captain's innings. he has shown tremendous self-confidence and he has been a gr8 captain after steve waugh and has led to many victories of the team.

I think inzama is the most sucessfull captain currently I said successfull becaue of his individual knocks, he always hits some runs whenever his team is in trouble all other captains lack this thing, after inzamam its stephen fleming who is the man of crisis for their team, but as a whole I think ponting is number 1
