why do we laugh?

i think we laugh because some acid reaction take place in our brain.thats makes afunny gesture.

According to me we laugh because when something strange fun happens. Something funny which we don't expect but it happens suddenly.

Laughter is a response from the conscious brain. Acidity is a form of indigestion and sometimes a serious medical condition.
Laughter is a product of logic. Perhaps that's why so much logic is laughable.
