too much hair coloring can damage your hair.. it can cause split ends, dryness, etc. L'Oreal is one of the good brands in terms of coloring hair. To lessen the damage try using shampoo for colored hair.

I color my hair about once a month...Sometimes I like to dabble with different colors not wild just nice calm hightlights

I never color my hair, I know it' just damage your hair that's why I avoid to color my hair. Anyway I like natural color of my own hair. No need waste our money to damage our hair :)

I use semi-perm dye every few months or so, usually L'oreal. I think semi-perm is ok for your hair, I think its better than permanent anyway because permanent always fades out after a few months anyway.

I used to color my hair differently about once a week.I was a waitress and some of my customers would come in from miles away at least once a week to see what the color of the week was. I found that conditioning it a lot was the best way to prevent damage to my hair.

I prefer using Garneir but due to costs I will go to cheaper ones. Usually it helps my hair to look and feel better. I tried Hydregnce the once though and that made my hair like straw so I don't use that one at all. Usually I just use the conditioner that comes with the package on my hair, I do let it soak in for several minues before rinsing. I find that really helps keep the hair shiny and soft.

hi there, i do colour my hair, yes but i always use alot of conditioner that way my hair isn't damaged and i get it cut every couple of months too, i use loreal hair dye, it's actually a good one to use, well it's always done my hair good! :O)

to be frank i dont use any colours to my hair but my dad uses it.he uses godrej company and it costs very much.i dont know how to use also but my father get good look using that dye.and i dont know whether any diseases will be effected to our body.

no. I never color my hair. That is not good idea to color my hair. My hair will damage if i colored my hair!
