Which IPOD is best

Hi now a days rather than mp3 player all are taking IPOD as it dont have cds and it is very small so can keep in pocket also.
Can load number of songs depend on memory and can hear woofer sound in ear phones with quality songs.
Which is better one you suggest.
Ipod Or MP3 Player.
