Do we always have a choice?

Mostly we do. Even if a loved person is being held at gun point, you do have the choice of trying to save that beloved or not. a difficult one, but the choice is there. if you know that you are definitely going to die of a disease, you have the choice of either that happening or suicide

Everything we do is based on choice. I had the choice to answer this or leave it. I have the choice to drive my car at the legal speed limit and obey the road rules, or I can choose to disobey them. I have the choice to work to supply my needs or to steal from others. The fact that we have a choice does not determine the rightness or the wrongness of the choice we make. There is a difference between a RIGHT and a CHOICE. I can make a choice to kill someone because of something he did, but that does NOT make it right. I have a choice but I do not have a right. If I know I have a fatal disease, I have a choice, but I do not believe I have the right to take a life - anyone else's or my own.

who determines the right or wrong of something what appears good is often evil and the opposite is also true we are just stuck with the best choices of our knowledge

Of course. Life itself is one big choice. No one *needs* to do anything. We chose to do the things we do.

Yes, everything we do is by choice - but that doesn't automatically or necessarily make it right.

There are unlimited choices to be made but each one is limited by our knowledge and experience so we have to choose from that point .

yes, everything we do are through our choices. the definite judgement we can make is to choose among many options. if we don't choose, nothing will happen. our choices depends on how we believe that it is the good choice for us. if we are determine to believe that it is the right choice, then we go for it, if we are uncertain with our choice, we tend to find another option and the result ,we are likely no satisfied.
