how?
I eat a lot of vegetables,I do footing every day and use a lot of hidratant creams..and you?

i would like to think i do i never drink fizzy pop or eat chocolate, i do go to play football about twice a week and work out a little and i like to eat healthy foods but there is one think well two i have a little drink sometimes and somke quite ofetn i gave up for 3 month a and started again two weeks ago.
