What are you making for dinner tonight? I know there are a lot of people from all over the world and thought it would be interesting to see what everyone is having for dinner tonight (or what you had for dinner if you're past that time). I am making Chili tonight and probably meatloaf tomorrow night.

That meatloaf recipe sounds delicious!! I think I'll have to try it. Here's what we had for dinner for this past week: Monday: Baked chicken with cream of mushroom gravy Tuesday: Corned beef with potatoes and cabbage Wednesday: Leftovers from the previous nights. *LoL* Thursday: Fish and Shrimp pasta with alfredo sauce

That sounds like a yummy menu also, except for the Fish and Shrimp. ewww ewwww, none of us likes fish. Wish we did because i know it's good for you. Brain food, they say. That would explain a lot. hehehhe My mom loves shrimp but I just never could get into it.

*LOL* Yes! That is very true. My daughter used to IM with a girl in Malaysia and they would tell each other what they were eating. Erica's friend was eating fishballs or something like that and we're going ewwwwwww!!!! hehehehe I suppose if I'd grown up eating fish, I'd probably like it more.

*LoL* Well, surrounded by water you're kind of forced to like seafood. I've eaten it since I was a kid and I love it. To each his/her own right? :)

I will be making Fried chicken legs with green bean casserole and still not sure what else. I want to learn how to make meatloaf! Do you do it with ketchup or how do you do it?

My family LOVES green bean casserole!! They would like the fried chicken too! I make meatloaf with ketchup and oatmeal. I found a recipe my family likes a lot so I've been sticking with it. 1 and 1/2 lbs ground beef or ground turkey 3/4 cup oatmeal 3/4 cup onion (I just put in some) 1/2 cup catsup 1 egg lightly beaten 1 T. Worcestershire or soy sauce 2 cloves garlic 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper bake 1 to 1/2 hrs at 350. This is one of their favorite meals with baked potatoes and green bean casserole. This also freezes well. You can make 2 and freeze one for later. It's really nice to have one in the freezer for those nights when you just don't know what to make or don't want to cook. Toss in a few potates and you have dinner.

That sounds like a good menu. Vegetable soup sounds good too. It's cold here also, which is why I thought Chili sounded really good tonight AND we are all going to be home for dinner!! Unusual these days with kids working.
