I Am Apparently The Thread Killer

Does this happen to anyone else? I have quite a few discussions I have responded to. I go back a day or so later to continue the discussion and what do you know? No one has responded to anyone or anything else since me. Now, I'm not saying I have the best answer on anything. Usually far from it. Yet, I can't count how many threads I've become the last post. What's up with that???

It happens to me all the time. I'm hoping its because i've given a good answer that other people feel have answered the point rather than killed the conversation or they might not have a clue what ive been saying!

I'm hoping everyone here just has very, very short attention spans. It seems like only a few discussions get more than about 20 responses. Sure, controversial ones can get plenty, but I'm not here for arguing and name calling. I've got plenty of places I can go if I want that. Thanks for the comment.

This has happened to me, also. I will post something that I'm sure will get a response from somebody, and nothing... It's good that you go back to check, though. It can help to keep the discussion going or to revive it again, even if it is someone else's discussion. I would like to see more of the true discussing here instead of just posting and moving on.

I have that exact same problem, but I'm sure it's not just me. There seem to be many people who have this happen to them. Don't take it personaly. :)
