I dont buy half fabrics (ready meals). I buy potatoes, carrots, meats, fish, etc. as such. I kook myself. I eat 3 times each day. No coca cola or soft drinks, no cheese.

Thank you for responding. You have a lot of great advices. I must admit that I need at least a sip of coca cola each day but I try to be good lol.

I always say that everything helps. Start to cut out sweets bit by bit and after a while you dont even think about sweets. Chromium also help you to get rid of the "addiction" to sugar

Do you mean that getting rid of high-octane food, and eating some vegetable and fruit? It depends on your life style and what do you always do everyday. Maybe you can try to do some cooking with vegetable and fruit yourself, if you cook well and make the food taste more changeable, and you may changing your eating habits at last.
